I am able to accept insurance for doula services, making it easier for families in California to access support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. California now recognizes the important role of doulas, and many insurance plans cover these services, often at no cost to the client. Having professional support free of charge can be incredibly empowering, helping new parents feel guided, supported, and confident during this transformative time.

I am currently able to bill the following insurance plans for doula services:

• Kaiser (Commercial and Medi-Cal)
• Health Net (Commercial and Medi-Cal)
• Straight Medi-Cal
• Partnership HealthPlan
• Western Health Advantage (as a reimbursed service)
• Single-service agreements for Medi-Cal Anthem Blue Cross
• UC Davis Health Insurance
