Birth Doula Package
Prenatal Support
(Includes two in depth visits and 24/7 phone access to me two weeks before and after your due date.)
Offering supportive prenatal home visits with exploration of you and your birth partner's visions, desires, and fears for birth. Through the information and resources that I provide, together we will clarify your birth preferences throughout the entire birthing process, as well as helping you feel prepared to navigate unexpected events. I will help you and your partner not only feel prepared for the various stages of the pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum experience, but knowledgable about how to navigate them. Partners will learn hands on skills to support throughout the entire birth. In these visits we will connect deeply and get to know each other so that when it is time for your birth, we've already built a comfortable and powerful team. We will work closely with your unique nervous system and needs so that we can create a labor "tool box" of techniques to help you cultivate feelings of safety, trust, and relaxation within. We will walk through and practice pain relief measures for labor, as well as plan your day of labor. We will explore positions for labor and pushing. Herbal support is available as an additional offering.
Birth Support
(Includes continuous support through the duration of your labor and birth)
Offering present and continuous emotional and physical nourishment and support for you and your birth partner throughout the duration of your labor. I will provide comfort techniques such as suggestions of position changes, breathing techniques, vocalization, use of a TENS-unit, counter pressure, therapeutic massage, acupressure, aromatherapy, hot and cold compresses, hydrotherapy, guided imagery, visualization, etc. Although these tools can be powerful aids in re-centering and coping, I deeply believe in the extraordinary power of simply being hands off, yet holding very safe space for you to dive deep, surrender into labor, and birth your baby. I will be as hands on as you desire me to be. I trust wholeheartedly in you. I aim to make the space you are birthing in into one that feels cozy and safe through the use of dimmed lights, fairy lights, music, candles, etc. I will be a middle point between you and your other care providers as an advocate to ensure you are informed and to honor your birth preferences. Birth photography is included.
Postpartum Support
(Includes immediate postpartum support and one at home visit)
Offering immediate postpartum support after the birth of your baby to ensure that you, your baby, and your partner are stable. I will support you through your baby's first breastfeed and make sure your baby is latching well. I offer a home visit between 5 days to a month after the birth of your baby. During this visit I look forward to offering nourishing emotional and physical support for you as needed. I will hold space for you to honor and process your birth story. I am available to help with any tasks around the house and can provide postpartum resources as needed. A closing the birth space ceremony is included for you if desired.
Placenta encapsulation and postpartum herbal support are available as additional offerings.

I believe all women would benefit from the services of a doula. I truly value the positive benefits of doula care, and do not want financial need to make those services inaccessible to women who desire me as their Doula. Please let me know if you would like to discuss fee accessibility.
$750 deposit due when you select me as your doula-until I receive your deposit I cannot hold your due date, nor provide text/email support
$750 remainder due at your first prenatal visit
Included in my services is accessibility to a backup doula (paid out by me) in the unlikely situation that I am unable to continue my services/attend the birth.
I graciously accept donations that are put towards making my services more accessible to women who otherwise couldn’t afford/have access to my doula services.
